Three Tables Beach is consistently ranked as one of the top snorkeling beaches in the world. The reef formations create protected coves full of sea turtles, tropical fish, and some of the most beautiful coral you have ever seen.
I have seen a lot of sunsets. Nothing compares to watching the sun go down over the Pacific from Lulani's lanai. The volcanic mountains behind you, the reef in front of you, and the whole sky on fire. You will find yourself just stopping and staring. That is normal. Enjoy it.
Hawaiian green sea turtles rest on the sand right in front of the house. Spinner dolphins show up in the cove regularly. While eating breakfast on the lanai, I have seen both the turtles and dolphins more times than I can count. This is not something you see at a resort. This is just Tuesday at Lulani.
Fully equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals. Foodland Pupukea is literally a 5-minute walk away. For bulk shopping, Costco and Walmart are about 30 minutes into town.
Your own outdoor space overlooking the beach with party lights for evenings. Morning coffee here has ruined me for coffee everywhere else.
5 queen beds plus 2 twin beds in the sunroom. Sleeps 12 adults comfortably. Every room has its own AC unit so everyone stays happy.
Private gated parking on the property. On the North Shore, parking is always a battle. At Lulani, it is not your problem.
Fast enough for everyone in your group to stream simultaneously. There is also a full office setup upstairs if you need to work. We have had guests run their businesses from here for a month without missing a beat.
Direct private access to Three Tables Beach from the property. Two access points, east and west. No walking through parking lots. You step out and you are there.
The toy garage is stocked: 6 paddleboards, 6 paddles, 2 surfboards, 8 to 10 boogie boards, full snorkeling gear, and beach chairs. It is all yours to use. Please just take care of it for the next guests.
Outdoor shower with hot water, two washers and two dryers, and a grill on the lanai. Lulani is not a vacation rental. It is a home. It just happens to sit on one of the best beaches in the world.

One of the most famous beaches in the world is within walking distance. Calm and clear in summer. Home to some of the biggest surfable waves on the planet in winter.
The filming location for Jurassic Park, Lost, and dozens of major films. Horseback riding, ATV tours, and some of the most dramatic valley scenery on Oahu.
Get in the water early before everyone else shows up. The reef in the morning is something I genuinely cannot describe. You just have to experience it.
Pipeline is five minutes away. Watch the pros from the beach or find your own break. Haleiwa Beach Park is perfect for beginners and has tons of turtles.
The lanai has party lights for evenings and a grill for whenever you feel like it. Some of the best moments at Lulani happen right here, doing absolutely nothing.
We have seen turtles from the lanai more times than we can count. Just respect them and enjoy the show. It never gets old.
Kahana River paddleboarding is an unforgettable experience. The Kualoa Ranch e-bike tour through Jurassic Valley is a must. Haleiwa town has everything else you need.
